Here in the land of 10,000+ lakes, Minnesota has lured families to their shores for generations to fish, boat, and swim.  Once at the lake, people discover that there is much more to the lake experience than fishing, boating, and swimming.  Our lakes have an intangible attraction fostered by wildness and natural beauty: the enchanting call of a loon, the fun of seeing a family of otters playing among the lily pads, or the majestic site of a Bald Eagle soaring above our sparkling blue waters.  The appeal of living on Minnesota’s shorelines is provided by the native plant and animal life that make the shores their home, and that in and of itself, makes the shorelines extremely valuable.

Unfortunately, lake properties do not look so appealing when you notice bank erosion, shoreline heaving, and huge trees along the shoreline starting to lean towards cabins and homes.  Property owners find that these occurrences require attention from more specialized equipment than they currently possess. Every lake and pond has its own wetland code. We work with the DNR, the ARMY Core of Engineers, and the local unit of government (whoever necessary) to get the right permits and stay within their requirements. This can be a big process, but we can take care of it all.
