1.       We can install retaining walls and stairs to add dimension and erosion control to your sloped shoreline.

2.       We can come in and remove all debris and/or garbage.

3.       We can fill in and grade out your property to give it contour.

4.       We can make a beach area, by cutting out old material, lining the area with soil separation fabric and adding clean sand on top.

We can also help in the Winter Months too …

1.       We can dredge out the area in front of your property and remove sediment that is undesirable.

2.       We can line the area with soil separation fabric and putting down sand to create the perfect beach area.

3.       Also if you live on a channel, we can dredge the channel, thus removing sediment and allowing the boats better access to the lake.

Every lake and pond has its own wetland code. We work with the DNR, the ARMY Core of Engineers, and the local unit of government (whoever necessary) to get the right permits and stay within their requirements. This can be a big process, but we can take care of it all.
