Special Disposal Requirements
Items Requiring Separate Dumpsters and Additional Charges
The following items must be disposed of in separate dumpsters. Extra charges will apply if these are placed in DEMO or MSW boxes:
- Asbestos (Call for appropriate procedures & forms)
- Brush
- Clean Wood (Boards, Pallets)
- Compost (Clippings & Leaves)
- Concrete/Asphalt
- Dirt / Gravel
- DOA’s (Deceased Animals)
- Railroad Ties/Telephone Poles

Rental Policies and Guidelines
Important Information About Usage, Fees, and Responsibilities
The following items must be disposed of in separate dumpsters. Extra charges will apply if these are placed in DEMO or MSW boxes:
- Boxes are rented for 10 consecutive days. Should you need the boxes longer than the original 10 days, Steinbrecher Companies needs to be contacted before the 9th day. Steinbrecher Companies does not guarantee the box on site for longer than 10 days, but will try to accommodate if possible.
- Maximum Box Weight Limits: The allowed weight is 3 tons. You will be charged $140/ton extra for the amount you are overweight. Boxes cannot be compacted. Extra charges may apply if box has been compacted. (This is subject to change without notice)
- Boxes CAN NOT be filled over the top of box, as they are tarped for safe transportation. Tarps are not included in rental.
- Steinbrecher Companies takes all necessary precautions when dropping, placing and/or picking up the box; but we are not responsible for any damage done to lawn, landscaping, or driveway in the path between the road and where the box is placed.
- Customer is responsible for any damages sustained to box while renting, including damage to hinges, doors, etc. This also includes damage done by loading with bobcat or other device.
- All boxes are subject to State and Local taxes and a fuel surcharge (fuel surcharge is subject to change at anytime).
- We do not do weekly pickups.
